Our Therapy Team

Dr Zoe Taylor

Zoe is an experienced Clinical Psychologist (over 20 years) working with adults 18+.  She regularly treats a range of mental health difficulties and behaviours including depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, family conflict, relationship and attachment difficulties, grief and separation, and work related stress. 

 

Zoe completed her Psychology Honours Degree and Clinical Psychology Doctorate in the UK and is experienced in a range of therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Solution Focused Therapy, Parenting Approaches, Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness Relaxation. She held clinical and senior leadership positions in the UK's mental health services. Zoe has been an expert witness for court proceedings around family court and criminal court matters.

Zoe also has additional post graduate training and qualifications in neuropsychology and has worked across the age range with children and adults around acquired neurological impairment (through neurological injury or illness) and works with neurodivergent clients. 

 

Dr Donna Mullaney

Donna is an experienced Clinical Psychologist and brings a wealth of experience to her clinical work.  Donna completed clinical training in the UK and worked in the Health Service for 12 years before moving to live and work in Melbourne.

Donna has worked in a range of service sectors including: family violence services, child and family services and educational settings,    

Donna works with children, young people (aged 16+), families and adults experiencing a range of difficulties including:  stress, anxiety disorders, low mood & depression, loss & bereavement and difficulties adjusting to life events.  

Donna is experienced in a range of evidence-based therapies including: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution-focussed Therapy and Narrative Therapy.  Donna is trained in several evidence-based Parenting Approaches and offers a parent-led approaches for young children experiencing emotional and behavioural difficulties.   

Donna has an interest in working with children, young people and adults on the Autism Spectrum.  

Dr Thane Camwell = Telehealth only

Thane is an experienced Clinical Psychologist working with individuals (18 yeas and older)  who need assistance with a range of problems.  Some of these include: anxiety disorders (e.g. panic, OCD), depressive disorders (including bipolar/psychosis), adult traumas, adjustment to major life changes (e.g. in work, relationships, serious medical issues), grief and loss, identity/personality problems, self harm, suicidal thoughts, substance abuse and relationship issues.

 

He is skilled in understanding how these issues arise within work, home, relationships and family.  He utilises varied therapies including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive & Behaviour Therapy and Mindfulness based approaches.

Cassie Balazs

Cassie is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker who has been working in the mental health field for the past 15 years.  Cassie focuses on making a genuine connection with clients, working from a strengths-based, anti-oppressive and trauma-informed approach.

Cassie completed a Batchelor of Arts (Psychology & Philosophy), Graduate Diploma of Psychology and Master of Social Work at Deakin University. 

Cassie has worked extensively in the youth mental health field, focusing on intake and assessment, counselling, case management, care coordination, early psychosis and residential rehabilitation.  With this wealth of experience and knowledge, Cassie is confident in a range of presentations which include: personality disorders, anxiety, depression, psychotic disorders, gender identity, neurodiversity and LGBTIQ+. She supports people privately, through Medicare and via the NDIS, 

Cassie approaches counselling with social work values, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy (NT) and, where talk therapy is not useful, Eye-Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR). Currently, Cassie is only available on Thursdays and Fridays at the clinic. 

Tim Twining

Tim is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (Bachelor of Psychology, Master of Social Work) who has been working and living around the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula Area for the last 12 years. Deeply invested in the community, Tim’s passion lies in supporting people (aged 16+), find clarity, meaning and purpose while addressing the mental health, substance use, relationship and real-world stressors that hold them back.

 

Offering one-to-one, couples and family therapy, Tim will work hard to understand your individual circumstances and adapt an approach specific to your needs. Tim offers evidence-based approaches that work across a broad array of presenting issues that can be tailored to your needs including Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy and Open Dialogue.

 

Tim is available at the Therapy Rooms Monday and Wednesday between 8:00am – 6:00pm. Medicare rebates available and NDIS funding approved.

Dr Alexandra Clark - Telehealth only

Alex is a UK-trained Clinical Psychologist, and has spent the past 10+ years working with people with a range of difficulties across various mental health services in the UK and Australia. She is an experienced clinician, providing thorough psychological assessments, and a range of evidence-based treatments to suit the needs of her clients. She uses the following therapeutic modalities; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Analytical Therapy (CAT), attachment- focused parenting approaches, and body-based strategies.

Alex is a gentle, warm, and nurturing Clinical Psychologist. She applies a holistic mind-body approach to not only overcome life’s challenges, but to help support people to make lasting changes on a psychological, emotional, and physiological level.

Alex’s special interests are (but not limited to):

∙Anxiety, Depression, Chronic stress, Trauma, Complex trauma, Attachment difficulties and relationship problems, Emotional dysregulation, Grief, loss and Adjustment issues

Anna Fasolo

Anna is a warm, client-centered psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She holds clinical membership with PACFA and is particularly skilled in creating a safe, supportive therapeutic space where clients feel deeply seen and understood—an essential foundation for healing.

 

Alongside her clinical work, Anna has a deep passion for supporting parents. She runs groups for parents of highly sensitive children and is dedicated to educating and empowering caregivers with the insight, tools, and confidence they need to support their child’s emotional development and wellbeing.

 

Her work is grounded in relational and trauma-informed approaches, drawing on models such as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Synergetic Play Therapy, and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP). Anna brings compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for each client’s unique story and inner wisdom.
